RETURN POLICY (For orders shipped within INDIA)
- We have a customer friendly 2 days return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back.
- Please initiate returns via our Returns Center within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of receiving the product. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium.
- We will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick up may not be available on selected pin codes). In rare cases that our courier cannot pickup from your address, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse.
- Refund will be processed in the form of store credit only that can be used for future purchases. The store credit will have validity of 6 months.
- Store credit will be issued for the full product price paid by the customer. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- Please allow 7-10 business days after the product is received back to our warehouse for processing of store credit.
- If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue may be closed within 20-30 days of our receiving of the return package from you. We will not be liable for any damage that happens during return
- If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.
- If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
- Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange viz:
- Items which seem to used, worn, washed or damaged or not in original packaging, including but not limited to: BOPP bags, tags attached on garments (tags should be attached to the product in its original condition, if tags are unattached or cut from the product in any means the return or exchange will not be accepted),
- If the product is customized for you or any stitching is done by you (e.g - custom stitching or sarees with fall & edging, stitched blouses, etc)
- 100% Pure Silk Sarees & Dupattas are not eligible for return. These are unique handwoven pieces that are produced on demand.
- Multiple returns from the same customer are also not accepted within a short time frame. E.g - customers that order 3+ products within a month, only up to 30% of the total order value can be returned or exchanged. This clause is designed to prevent non-serious customers from trying out multiple products and abusing our generous return policy.
- Orders placed using store credit (either part or in full) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ILoveEthnic and accept ILoveEthnic’s decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not. Non-Valid return will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be blacklisted for future purchases. Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation. For repeated return of products from a customer i.e. more than 30% of the delivered products, the customer will be intimated that future orders on non-cancellation and non-return basis. Afterwards, all future orders will be processed on mentioned conditions.

SHIPPING POLICY (For orders shipped within INDIA)
- We offer free shipping on all orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India on orders below Rs 10,000/-.
- It usually takes 3-5 working days to dispatch your product. Customized orders can take additional 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and SMS.
- Pre-order items may take 15-25 days for delivery as they are made on order.
CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at email@example.com
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.
- No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ILoveEthnic and accept ILoveEthnic’s decision regarding the cancellation.
SHIPPING POLICY (For International Orders - USA, UK, Canada, etc)
International shipping rates vary by country and by product weight. Please add items to your cart to see shipping charges.
We ship international orders using DHL / UPS / FedEx. Custom and Import duty (for EU countries) is the responsibility of the customer.
It takes 15-20 working days for us to process and dispatch international orders. Please allow an extra 5-7 working days for custom stitching orders.

We have a generous 2 day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back.

The customer is responsible for sending the product back to our store in Delhi.
Refund will be processed in the form of store credit (after deducting shipping charges incurred by us) that can be used for future purchases on our store.
How soon will I get my Store Credit?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item is inspected and approved, we will send your credit note (credit notes are issued on your registered email address) within 7-10 business days. Please note, I Love Ethnic reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange. All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only
How to use the Store Credit?
Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’. You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount. Please note that the full amount of store credit is to be used at once. If there are any issues in using the credit note code, please contact our customer care team and they will be of assistance.
